Text Analytics Guide

The analytics panel helps you understand the size and structure of your text before you export the result.

1. What the counters mean

Character, word, sentence, line, paragraph, and unique word counts give you a quick overview of the input text.

These counters are useful when you are preparing titles, product copy, metadata, or any text with length limits.

2. Use the frequency views

Common words, common letters, and longest words help you spot repeated terms and unusually long terms at a glance.

That makes it easier to catch overused wording or confirm that the text still matches the expected topic.

3. Read sentence structure data carefully

The sentence structure list groups sentences by word count and character count so you can see whether your text stays balanced.

It is especially useful when you are simplifying copy, checking formatting changes, or comparing versions of the same text.

4. Use analytics as a workflow check

If the text includes unexpected values, unusual line breaks, or a large jump in word count, review the input before exporting.

The analytics panel works best as a quick quality check alongside the scope and style settings.
